1818 B-8 Bust Quarter G-T-G : 200 Year Anniversary

In continued tribute to the 200 year anniversary of 1818 coinage, this Bust Quarter Guess-The-Grade features the 1818 Browning 8 variety. It is considered to be an R-3.
The obverse has a die mark from the inner tip of Star 2, and there is heavy clashing on the obverse. This obverse die is later used for the 1818 B-9 and B-10 varieties that follow.
The reverse die has the following markers of note: the E in UNITED is punched over a defective T; a die crack develops from the rim to the right side of of the lowest olive leaf to the eagle's foot. The crack is light on my example, but it gets heavier in later states along with the appearance of an internal die chip on the second lowest leaf.
I was happy to be able to purchase this coin for my variety set from Forum member @AU58Lover in 2010. It looks like AU58Lover hasn't been active since 2015.
Feel free to guess the PCGS grade for fun if you'd like, as well as if you thought it passed at CAC. Comments are welcome, and if you have an 1818 B-8 please post a picture of it.

I like it!
But don't think I'm qualified to grade it. Most you see of this date/type are VG-8! I know enough to know this is at least a Fine.
I'll throw an MS-64 at it, and let the masses tell me I'm nuts.
AU58 given its provenance?

58 also.
Maybe I am crazy. But I kind of thought they would "overlook" a wee bit of handling and award an MS grade for this one. Of course, that doesn't get me off the hook since 64 might be shooting high, even for that, though.

MS64--nice luster and clean fields except foe the die clashes.

Well, it looks like @Eagleguy was the first to sleuth it out, it is PCGS AU58. It has good detail, but wear on some obverse high points and the eagle's talons keeping it from a higher grade.
Besides the E punched over the T in United,

there is also the interesting fact that hidden under the olive branch is a Hallux (a thumb). This is the only reverse with a Hallux, and the die was only used on the 1818 B-8 die marriage.

Too late for a guess...would have missed it... figured 62.... Really nice coin though... and the first post I have seen on this forum to use the term 'hallux'...
Cheers, RickO
Really nice quarter!
Best, SH
