    It probably isn't rotated as much as it looks. This is something I wish the people who put the coins in the holders would finally learn. One dollar gold coins are hardly ever put in at the proper position. There is no date or anything on the obverse that makes it super easy to get the orientation right, so they usually go by how the bust "should" look. But the only way to get it right is by making sure the first and last letter on the obverse are perfectly parallel and level.... which if you notice, this one is not.
