PCGS add a new level of certification.
For pocket change, sewer salvage, Coinstar finds, and experimental modifications.
I suggested that they wouldn't even need sonic sealing as a "snap-together" slab should be sufficient. As an ECONOMY level, it could be a Ziploc baggie.
The submitter could designate his own category from the above conditions. If there were a form that could be downloaded, he could even print his own label to send in with the "coin."
The finalizer could be the mailroom person.
I think the service could be prices at about 5 bucks for snap holder and 3 bucks for the baggie.
And I want my cut off this new profit center.

Oh... just thought of another facet. "Cents" would not be on any labels. "Penny" would be the new nomenclature.
