    Yes, I just sold mine a few weeks ago on BST mainly for that reason. :smile:

    I've never sold any junk silver at all. I collect for a while and then like to hunt for some "gems" in there....but I may have to sale some before long

    Like 40% Kennedy's the white elephants of junk silver. My bullion dealer begs me to take them at melt. I will not. I like finding them in change though.

    I've always been told, except when it was approaching $50 per oz. that the cost to recover the silver from war nickels was prohibitive. I do not know at what point is the break even, so that is still unanswered.

    maybe acid etched ... same diameter as others?

    I bought a lot off of e-bay some time ago was $102 and was just over a roll like 70 coins or so but this was some time ago. Looked like this.

    It's the same diameter but not as thick....idk, I've never seen one in this bad of shape....like it had been caught in a dryer or something> @Swampboy said:

    Hey, sorry it took so long to get back with you but you can find them all day long at Apmex and large dealers like that....not too sure of the price right off hand
