Nice coin.
I should already know this, but were FE Cents copper, bronze, or copper-nickel? I know the first IHC were CN, but this coin appears to be Cu or bronze.

Tell me, why do you think it graded 63. I must admit that was a bit surprising. Thought it would have been a 4 from the photos.

There are some light marks and the truview shows the coin well. That being said it seems to have been harshly graded. If I were to sell I would probably try for an upgrade.
