It's been said that you can see the spots before they become visible by use of a halogen flashlight. At that point they can still be removed with EZest.
Maybe... but all of my issues are with already slabbed coins....although I did just get a few raw 2017 W's with some spots starting
I won't buy ASE 70s anymore. Sold off my NGC PF70 1986-2010 set years ago. PCGS won't guarantee the spots anymore. Only 70 sets I have are the 2006, 2011 and 2012 anniversary NGC 70 sets. Just can't get rid of them yet since the ASE is one of my favorite coins.
