The bad news - It's fake as everyone else has pointed out.
The good news - If you bought it in a 90% bag - you likely paid close to melt, so about $6-7 for it. I have a few collector friends who have counterfeit collections and would easily double your investment for it! 8-)
Depending on where the silver bag came from, I would guess that it is silver. Dealers with bullion pieces like that have to get rid of them somehow and if they are 90%, they are 90%.

More bad news:
the op missed an obvious fake & post it online as genuine “ 1874-CC Seated half found ...”
what else has the op missed from the buy & in the past...
the coin in question may or may not be silver...my vote is nyet.
The rest of the bag was mostly just Walkers and Franklins, and some Barbers...definitely no fakes there. I guess someone just decided to clown around at toss it in.

I wonder if it's really silver. I'd love to take a hammer to some of these counterfeits for educational purposes of course
