Break-up Letter to Coin Collecting (PCGS?)

To My Dear Coin Collection,
I've been thinking a lot lately, and I've come to the conclusion that we need space. There's no easy way to say this, but we've just become too close to one another. I sleep with you, I go everywhere with you and I put everything else below you. Our relationship is unhealthy. You've always been there for me, but I think we need a break.
I've let you waste a lot of my time, and you distract me from my schoolwork. You seduce me with all the on-line social coin forums, Instagram, and I give in to you every time because the chase for the "better coin" is always in me. I need to distance myself from your manipulative ways and remember that my time and education are more important than you.
You're an excuse for me to not get to know anybody else in personal situations. Whenever I don't want to socialize or I'm feeling awkward, I go straight to you, and that's not a good thing. I need to learn how to be in uncomfortable situations without you being there to save me with the latest counterfeit coin or AT scandal.
I always go to PCGS for advice, but I think I need to start going to other sources, as well. You know way too much about me: my passwords, my credit card information, my personal conversations with friends, you name it, and it's a little unsettling how much I trust you. My coin and hobby books also have so much knowledge and tons of stories to tell, and they miss me very much. I haven't been spending as much time with them as I used to, and in all honesty, I really miss them. I can't keep choosing you, pcgs coin forum, over them anymore.
You're way too controlling. I'll admit that I try and control you, too, but even if I lose control of you for just a second, the next greatest coin drama is pending. You need to learn to be on your own and to be out of my hands, just like I need to learn how to be away from you.
Above all, I've once put my life and other people's lives on the line for you, and that was when I drew the line between us. You are not more important than human lives, and I can't believe that the eBay 'deal of a lifetime' on MS65 Morgans draws me away from the things in life that should be more important and thus time consuming. I should have put you in the backseat of my time and attention because I should've known I can't trust myself when you're in the front seat. Now I'm smarter, and from now on, you'll be taking a spot in the backseat in the car and in my life (although I don't encourange dealers to leave their coins in the trunk of their rental cars when they go in for a bite to eat after a show. But, there I go again! Caring too much!).

You need help cause none of us have that problem!
Be strong!
Beautifully toned Charlotte Gold Coin. Got you right back. No escape.
I'm assuming (and hoping) that this is a joke/parody of some of the melodrama around here. If not, you need to seek professional help.
Resistance is futile.

I think we have a couple in house forumites.
"Above all, I've once put my life and other people's lives on the line for you," if that is true, yes you should run, don't walk away from your coin collection.
Is this another "goodbye" thread??
Heaven forbid. Oh yeah no religion, sorry.
Here's the Toned Coin Collector's Society 12 Step program. I believe some variant of these should be transferable for you...
TCCS Steps
We admitted we were powerless over toned coins – that our bank accounts had become unmanageable.
Came to believe a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity, namely our spouses.
Made a decision to turn our will and “A box” toners over to the care of Ron.
Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of our “C box” toners.
Admitted to our members, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our bad purchases.
Were entirely ready to have TCCS remove all these defects of character.
Humbly asked TCCS to remove our shortcomings.
Made a list of all persons we had irritated and inadvertently boasted to, regardless of their interest or lack thereof, regarding our toned coin collection and became willing to make amends to them all.
Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would possibly jeopardize our acquisition of a new toner, particularly when attending an auction.
Continued to take inventory and when we overpaid promptly admitted it.
Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with TCCS, praying only for knowledge of its will for us and the power to make another purchase.
Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to other toneaholics and to practice these principles in all our affairs, except when attending a coin show.
U.S. Type Set
Maybe you should think about a monogamous relationship and only keep one. Polyamorous relationships are complicated especially when you have many hundreds to tend to... coins that is. I know it will be hard to choose the one and only but I have faith in you, you can do it.

Someone once told me it's Insanity that makes a person work hard to earn a hundred dollars , then eat Rice and Beans so they can spend $98.00 on a shiney Nickel. I just shook my head and walked away.

Know how many therapists it takes to change a light bulb?

Only one, but the light bulb really has to want to change.
Man told his psychologist that he frequently dreamt that he was a teepee and a wigwam.
"You have to relax," responded the therapist, "you are two tents."
Come to think of it..this is a classic case of codependency....OUCH
Go break away my friend.....regain your freedom
Okay.. buh by now. Peace Roy
