    Have tasted most of those mentioned, and all of the ones that got 2 or more votes. Go to is Maker's, also like Four Roses. Wild Turkey in a pinch. Crown and Jack are nice, if a bar has a nice selection I'll sample the higher end stuff, but at home I drink (and share) too much to stock my top shelf very deep.

    With rum, Mt.Gay and Barbancourt, Appleton, anything from the West Indies but Bacardi...

    so I clicked this thread and I assumed I'd be seeing bourbon coins . My mistake , this is the rambling drunks thread , with booze bottles and coins that have nothing to do with anything.

    Now I'm on vacation but it just so happens I have 2 different bourbon coins in my pocket . Excuse the quality , its a flip phone camera and a kitchen table

    so you have to get 200 posts into the thread to see bourbon coins but there you go

    As for top shelf, I highly recommend Old Forester Statesman! Mighty fine.

    The Kroger super stores have some great discounts as compared to the typical liquor stores.
