It looks like the die was definitely hubbed twice. I'm going to guess yes. One is listed in the Cherrypicker's Guide.

It may be ... but ... does anyone really care?

The S and the U seem to match CONECA, see if GOD matches up - the other pictures I can't 100% say

I'm guessing the Registry folks. Prices are all over the place in recent eBay/GC:

    64RD - $50
    65RD - 70/86/47/91
    65RD Cameo - $199
    66RD - 68/74
    67RD - 176/126

Not sure this one with the spots would grade so well though...

The registry folks may care (or at least one or two of them did at one time) but I doubt that one would grade high enough to justify the cost of slabbing. It's a thin market at best.

It's a cool looking coin, and a good eye to spot the DDO.

Yes. Quite a few collectors and dealers do, myself included.

Looks like a late die state of die 1.
Could you please post photos of the date and "GOD"?
    Great pictures!!!

It looks like it might be. Any close UPS of the date?

The U seems to show a split at the top left... looks like a very minor DDO... Good catch. Cheers, RickO
