The image is not sharp so I'll just say I'm 95% sure it is NG. Why not take it to Long Beach and they will tell you for sure. Then you can trade its gold value for another coin to add to your collection.

The reverse looks very bad to me. The obverse not as much. I was leaning fake as well.

I agree with those that say your gold dollar is fake. It's probably real gold though with about $64 worth of gold. Hopefully you didn't pay too much for it. Unless you're an expert authenticator avoid buying raw US gold coins.
