I use the roar of an ore grinder that is drowning out rap "music." That is soooo soothing.
I wear noise canceling headphones. Too much noise around my area. It breaks my concentration time and time again and I got tired of it so I went for broke on some good headphones.
Anything by Pink Floyd, Planet P, Porcupine Tree, Blue Oyster Cult, Deep Purple, Moody Blues ...
It's all good with me.
Add some TRex, Freddy Mercury, Peter Gabriel and David Bowie.. some great music you've got there @LanLord.

I am a fan of jazz... for quiet listening and reflection. Sometimes, when working around the house, I like a bit of old style country - keeps me moving. For the most part, unless I am driving, I prefer quiet. And I never, repeat never, walk around with headphones - inside or outside. I want to know what is happening around me...Cheers, RickO

I go to the
www.Accuradio.com app on my computer and select whatever I fancy that day. You name it, any type of music, from A-Z, oldies, organ music, simply , you name it is there. I use the output on the sound card and connet it to the input on my stereo amp. And the house fills with whatever music I select. Can you imagine, Duane Eddy-Guitar Boggy ? or elvis jailhouse rock? or the beach boys?
