NGC/PCGS cross over ?

I have noted numerous discussions on crossing NGC graded coins to PCGS. I am curious if the number of submissions to PCGS for a crossover is ever published. I have on $20 DE that I have seen in two other holders before I purchased it. I was not a cheap coin and I looked through the Heritage archives and counted ten of the date/mint mark that have gone through Heritage since they began their archive posting. Many of the coins were run through one or more times and several had been dipped in between re submissions. All but four were in NGC holders suggesting the dealer used NGC to get a better grade.
Anyone aware of the numbers of crossover submissions or results of PCGS having a crossover effort last year measured in terms of submissions?
I do believe PCGS is tougher on old gold but cannot comment on other coins as I have never submitted any other coins with the exception of an early dollar, which crossed. All comments are welcome, especially those that have resubmitted numerous coins more than once.

Strange, it's been my personal experience that NGC grades much stricter on Pre33 gold. Sorry I didn't answer your question. I know PCGS publishes crossover rates....somewhere ( https://www.pcgs.com/statistics/ ) but it's just a general percentage, not broken down by type, previous grading company or anything like that.
The whole worlds off its rocker, buy Gold™.

My experience has been the other way around. I will say my focus is type one $20 and PCGS is tougher and the coins in a PCGS holder will command a premium in almost all cases.

3 months ago I submitted 3 NGC 70 silver coins to PCGS in hopes they would also grade just 1 of those coins a 70. All 3 bombed out and were All graded 69s. Can I get my money back? What a waste of time and money. Time waiting and hoping. Can I sue NGC? Or maybe PCGS was wrong? Maybe I should have them Resibmitted? NOT!!!!
Geez !!!
https://www.pcgs.com/statistics/ @oldgoldlover these PCGS stats might help you a little. Too bad PCGS doesn't break the stats down into gold/silver/copper....because I'm sure they can.
As a rule of thumb, the more expensive the coin, the harder it will be to have crossed. PCGS takes a calculated risk every time they cross a coin as it becomes a liability on their books for their warranty.
You can also toggle timespans for their stats, either the last 30 day or last 12 months.
Golden Rule - Never try to cross an SMS or PR 70 coin.
I have not tried the crossover exercise.... Mainly because I agree with the grades on the coins I buy....and the slab is not a critical qualification for my collection. Certainly I have seen coins at shows that I thought were candidates for either up or downgrades... However, they were not coins that I wanted. I suppose if I saw a coin I wanted - and it was a candidate for an upgrade - AND the price was right for the lower grade, AND the upgrade was significant in value...it would be difficult to pass such a bargain. I certainly see why sellers do crossover since PCGS slabs often command better prices. Cheers, RickO
