Is every Gold Shield Service coin supposed to have an image?

I was looking at a coin in the upcoming Stack's auction with the PCGS Gold Shield on the label and when I checked the cert there was no image.
Unless it's simply an error, I thought it was supposed to have an image, correct or no?

I thought so but could be wrong

I think they started supplying TrueViews with the service within the last year or two. Before that the service was called Secure and before that Secure plus. TrueViews weren't a free part of that service. It's possible that the Gold Shield slab you are talking about was one of the Secure slabs.

Contact us at photography@collectors.com so we can look into the matter. It may be an old Secure scan not showing up, it may be a branch office holder image, or an issue with a TrueView. Either way, give us a shout. Thanks.
