It had rim nicks both sides, circulated example. Thus the damage, damage. LOL
I don't get the chop marked one. I thought they had a special category for those?

I remember years ago PCGS considered chops as damage. Then they changed their mind and started to straight grade them. So, you can find both now.

No, that is an altered mintmark or added minmark.
Underlying coin will not be graded.
