Looks like counting wheel damage from automated rolling equipment that is giving the illusion of notching at the tops of the letters. It’s post mint damage and not worth a premium, but keep looking.

There is an outstanding doubled die reverse for this date but your coin ain't it. I don't think there's anything there at all.
