1812 Capped Bust

Good morning. A buddy of mine has this capped bust half dollar and was looking for opinions on a possible grade. Any thoughts on a grade and reasoning would be appreciated!

    Agreed. I’d say VF30 but could be a 35. The reverse is a bit nicer.

    VF30-35..... Nice old coin...Shows commercial wear with typical nicks and chatter. Cheers, RickO

    VF35, but the obverse appears to have been wiped or lightly polished....but it could just
    be the images, as the reverse looks very nice and original.

    A good date to have. Nice VF / send in to get slabbed / give buyer resurrance it’s not cleaned. Many deceived by raw coins that came back details, were burned.
