Pls tell us why you think it is a doubled die and not machine doubling. Your reasoning would be very informative. (I was not aware there was a DD that year/mint).
Using @StrikeOutXXX 's link, the DDO-001 is the major DDO which @Type2 posted,
and the other 23 are minor and would likely require an uncirculated specimen to verify accurately.
I don't know if this means it is looking like a DDO, but I sent a picture to variety vistas and they said they would like to attribute it. . . . ? Anyone know what that entails ?

Fundamentally, they'll take your money to attribute it, possibly, to a rather minor DDO... It is not, if even a DDO at all, a major one, and in the condition of your coin it would bring little, if any extrinsic or collector value. This is only my opinion, and worth double what you paid for it.

I would say it is not a DDO.
Do you see any doubling like even machine?

I see a hit on the R and T of LIBERTY, but nothing that screams DDO, but the pictures aren't super clear either.
There are 24 reported DDOs for 1970-s, see if you can match up the diagnostics of your coin to one of them.

I have no clue what I'm doing , but the L is similar and the Y and the T is like exact
Well you have better eyes than me - perhaps you do have something. I would never have noticed any of that. Seems that there are known varieties.
Fun to look for, I guess. But, what is the point? If it takes such magnification to see does it add any value?
Great hobby as there is something for everyone. I would never even look for such in my pocket change.

I see there are mixed reviews. Lol... I guess I will keep it for now and ask away till I find something new.
Can't really tell from the photo angles and lighting... I'd have to say at this point not a doubled die.
This is how it should look hope it helps..
Hoard the keys.
Have you read and looked on this forum it is discussed ad nanseum what is considered a true doubled die and what is not.
Do a google search on JT Stanton on doubling or one by NGC or usesearch here that should clear it up best.

Based on your pictures, there is no DD visible. I do see some hits on the letters in Liberty... but no doubled die letters. Cheers, RickO
Not a doubled die. Just a regular copper S Mint Lincoln.
