I've wondered (!) about that as well. He was a frequent commenter here, particularly about moderns and their markets.
Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...
Maybe over a decade of “spousal abuse” from the US Mint took it’s toll.
He was last active just yesterday, so he is still around. I'm sure he will chime in, on a thread of his interest, when he has something good and educational to say.

Last I heard he was in Asia (multiple trips) and very busy. He will likely comment again when he is less busy.
Hi guys (and thank you Stooge). U1chicago (who I owe a message to after I finally round up my son Justin, the resident expert now on USPI Peso pricing), hit the nail on the head. I spent over 3 months already this year in Asia. Mostly working with “Justhavingfun” in Thailand on the future sale(s) of his incredible United States Philippine collection, but also in Japan and Singapore. Overall, it has been a wonderful year (my 28 year old daughter Lauren accompanied me out to Asia for more than 2/3 months) experiencing the Asian culture.
Thank you everyone for the kind words. I have missed contributing to the boards of late and would like to spend more time over here.
So, what should we talk about first (MilesWaits)... how much money I am saving not buying spouse coins this year?

Mitch, the money you saved this year on the Spouses can be easily converted to Pucks, thereby lengthening the endless cycle; albeit, still getting pucked.
