Every time I look at this coin and read yur comments, I can't seem to agree but here is a picture with it being pointed out.

Have you done any research on what is consided doubling?
Are they both 2007-D?
It looks very pronounced but I believe it's actually part of the design. I guess Lincoln had bags under his eyes.
