Odd 1942 penny

My son and I always check our pocket change, I came across this 1942 penny. Does this look like a mint error?
Looks like "36" stamped on back.? Any info would be helpful, Thanks!

    Next time pls post both sides. There is an obvious hit to the other side where the backward incuse numbers are. Guessing someone set that coin down on another one and whacked it.
