It is real, in that it is a real damaged penny.
It's not double struck or machine doubled as what you think your seeing is just post mint damage.

Try looking on web sites like: coppercoins.com for information and descriptions and photos of pennies with issues such as doubling, errors, etc.
You need to put in some time learning. Your ego is a bit fragile it seems. Nobody here intentionally has tried to bring you down or whatever. We, at least most of us, have been through this beginning and learning processes. You have not yet. If you want to bail to find something that might suit your fancy a bit better then do so. No harm no foul. A lot of us have libraries of coin books for references and understanding. But, we started right where your are now. No books, no knowledge, no experience, just a lot of enthusiasm.
I say, slow down, try to understand the minting process and take a few breaths before you give it up.

Not a troll - trolls don’t use bad language - too much risk of being banned and ruining the “fun”. Also trolls like to argue with you then ask you to “prove” your position.
