FEDEX OVERCHARGED customers Jan & Feb

Just as a FYI FedEx has overcharged many of its customers from Jan through sometime in Feb. They admit this occurred and we have put in for credit. Just wanted others to have this knowledge and urge you to check your billings. They had a rate reduction for FedEx express that was to take hold 1/1/18 but the rate change did not occur in the system so they ended up overcharging on the FEDEX express saver type shipments.
Best place to buy !

Thank you for the heads up; I sent a couple express packages to the mainland. I thought it is automatically calculated when they post the charge. Thanks again

Overcharges seem to be routine. Seems to be intentional. Refund those that complain and profit from those that do not.
