Chronologically mid 60's, physically late 70's, state of mind, ~21. If I were a coin, I'd be lucky to grade out as a VF at PCGS (or maybe damaged) since I've had some serious circulation. Of course I could send myself into ANACS and become a XF or better.

Actually that group DOES WIN. They get all our coins sooner or later.

Q: When does a collector become a numismatist?

A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.

A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.

Nice bell shaped distribution with the 50's at the center. Was expecting an asymmetric distribution with max at the 60's to 70's.......... Good to know it ain't so.

You sound just like my daughter did just before she turned 30.

Thirty is young as there's lot's of life left.

Yes I know. I think I will always feel young, as I really can’t believe I’m almost 30. I still feel like a teenager

My wife and I went to an Earth, Wind and Fire concert last night in San Jose. Most of the concert goes were in their 50's and 60's [I wonder if any on them collect coins? and voted in this thread's poll]. The performance was fantastic, the audience was up on their feet dancing (some were actually very good dancers) and having a good time. Libations were sold at concession stands but no one that I saw drank too much.

We saw a few 20 somethings in attendance. They also appeared enjoyed the show. One 20 something couple were standing up and trying to dance, but they were awkward beyond awkward.

Disturbing poll as it looks as though the 'bulge' is indicative with age.

Being a senior citizen has its benefits, one example:

An elderly gentleman had serious hearing problems for a number of years. Finally, he went to the doctor and the doctor was able to have him fitted for a hearing aid that restored his hearing 100%. The man went back in a month to the doctor for a checkup and the doctor said, “Your hearing is perfect. Your family must be pleased that you can hear again.” The elderly gentleman replied, “Oh, I haven’t told my family yet. I just sit around and listen to the conversation. But I have changed my will three times.”

It'd be interesting if you redid this poll in ten years if the numbers (barring, unfortunately, death) have just shifted upward, or if there is some growth in the younger categories.
