    It looks like a very nice V-3 example. The V-3 die marriage is the vast majority of the 1860 proof half dimes; I traced about 56 V-3 examples in 84 auction appearances 2009-2018 in my partly completed study of the 1860 die marriages. The V-3 die marriage appears to be proof-only.

    PCGS Proof 63.
    Wish it was CAM , but the coin feels cameo.
