My first complete "set"

I've spent the last 4 years gradually putting together a type set, and along the way I decided to pick up a few mint sets to make things a little more fun. After all, a truly complete type set is way out of my league due to "beasts" like the no-stars 1796 $2.5 etc..
So, my first completed mini set is an 1806 mint set minus gold: https://www.pcgs.com/setregistry/alltimeset/164119 . Its only four coins, and only one of them is mint state, but chasing down coins that I like has been pretty enjoyable.

How fun!

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Congrats on your set completion. It may be a small set, but I'd be proud of it!!!
Thanks for sharing the set and including photos of the coins.

Good job!
Congratulations.... the sense of achievement when completing a goal adds to the satisfaction of having nice coins....Cheers, RickO
Really good. Congratulations! I like them all. I mean it.
Congrats on your completion! Sadly, I never finish anything. I understand what you mean about a lot of the fun being in the search/chase. What made you choose the year 1806 if I may ask?

Way to go........ This hobby should be about completing a set. Completing a four coin set is an excellent start.

The first two (half-cent and 50c) I bought at the same auction just because I liked the way they looked. A couple of years later it dawned on me that I was halfway toward completing a non-gold 1806 mint set, so I searched out the 1c and 25c. Finding a nice 1806 1c that didn't cost a fortune was probably the hardest part.
Thanks to all for your encouraging comments!
Well done, congrats!

Very cool. Do you think the fun is in the search? I do.
So, what's your next fun goal?
Currently working on an 1835 mint set with gold, and a 1795 no gold. I almost completed my 1795 set recently, but was the underbidder on a really nice half dime in the Kagin's auction. Still kicking myself for not trying just one bid more.
Sweet, congratulations !!!
Nice! Congrats.
