Very unusual color for an Illinois and a too little dark to appeal to most collectors. There are lots of other choices if you are thinking of adding this to your collection.

The coin seems to justify the MS grade.... that is very strange tarnish....I believe that may be AT....Cheers, RickO

I love that coin! Most are grayish dark, yours is a pleasant copper smooth color.
As long as there's some nice luster coming through, I like it. Not a first choice, but I wouldn't kick her out of the album necessarily.
