    Not to try and sway the random pick, but i personally know someone who has multiple, in fact many, in fact numerous diseases and afflictions who the doctors only gave less than a week to live, and coincidentally all that brave person ever truly wanted their entire life was an ANACS MS65 1923 Peace Dollar.
