GTG On This Colorful 3 Cent Piece "Grade Revealed"

Trying to grade a coin with toning has always been a tough thing for me to do, so let me see how you would grade this coin and compare the one given to it by NGC.
This 3 cent coin also has a gold CAC sticker and is housed in the older NGC slab.
Todd of BluCC Photo did a great job on getting a good close-up shot of such a small coin.

Decent-but-not-great strike
I know you are supposed to grade the coin not the strike, but ...
The edges of the outlines of the shield and the lines inside it are solid but not crisp.
the lines to the point of the obverse stars are present but not sharp.
Date is nice and crisp.
I've seen ONE MS67 and you could shave with the edges of the reverse diamond.
Only the star at K6 is showing much of the detail

Here is the grade NGC gave this 3 cent silver years ago and now seeing what most of you grade her the gold bean seems worthy. Thank you for all your grading input and especially BStrauss3 for giving his experienced eye breakdown on this colorful little coin.
It's a nice one, to be sure.
Tight indeed! Great coin!
