1823 50c Capped Bust; is this evaluation ok?

The pictures were absolutely terrible on this listing but the price was right and figured worth a gamble. Looked like a yellowed but bright and almost faked coin for what I paid. I thought I'd be receiving a yellowed and failed cleaning job for my new "junk drawer".
Is looks like an O-107 standard variety; is that accurate?
My 2 cents.. full liberty visible with almost full rim lettering suggests F12 base range, killed by the reverse which sets it between a 5 to 8. It was likely cleaned a long time ago. Denticles mostly present in passable shape, missing clasp and lack of definition on drapery, bust of the bust (=P) and lack of hair curls and reverse tail feathers suggest somewhere within this (5-8) range. A better reverse on feathers, tail feathers, top of shield and talons would secure a 12-15. Lack of a full EPU and a smudged first A in "states" moves this further from a Fine classification.
Although hair curls are defined at the top of her forehead, they are lacking at her ear and side of her neck, and the tie of her bonnet is passable as far as visibility but not details. Drapery present but not F present. Might catch a 10 if graded, on the high end.
Turquoise/red/gold "halo" toning may fetch a bit more than the grade alone. Price would fall at approximately 100 dollars.
^^^ Is this a correct or fair evaluation of the coin?
((Sorry for bad pictures I can't figure out how to disable auto-zoom when cropping. I hope I resized enough to make the images light on data.))
Thanks for all the help! Learning this series is exciting!
Love to all,

Great photos and images of a neat little collector coin.
Certainly in the ballpark of F12. I'm not sure about the value, but I'm guessing
$100 is a little high for a common date/variety in this grade.
I would say VG10 and worth about $60 retail if it's not cleaned.
Great pictures and a detailed summation.... I too think $100 may be a bit high... question is, are you happy?? If so, enjoy the coin....You certainly made a dedicated effort in evaluating condition. Cheers, RickO
Oh I'm super happy.. ecstatic might be a better word.. Finally making some good choices as far as judging what's really behind "the coin pictured". There are certain tells in bad pictures on auctions or if people mention which device or light they used.
I've got less than a tank of gas in the coin =P. It's my first nice halo toned capped bust. I love the turquoise. It's like little gems floating in a blue sea and appear as you turn the piece.
$100 sounds fair to me; Coinfacts is reasonable accurate, but there are many results not tabulated there. But those are certified coins which cost around $25 for grading alone.
I believe it is an O-112 .
Look at S-7. It points to just above the curl.
The rev 5 is straight relative to the O .
There are several other pointers also.
