1888-S Morgan with heavy clash.(pictures added)

Is there a VAM associated with an 1888-S Morgan Dollar with heavy obv/rev clash?? The clash marks are far more dramatic than anything listed at VAM World for the date --- on the obverse the Wreath can be seen encircling the portrait completely, on the reverse the portrait is evident from the chin/lips around to the back of Miss Liberty's head.

Pics please!
Pictures would be good. An 84-S with an extremely strong clash was discovered in 2017, so it's possible you have something new if you can't find a match on VAMWorld. Another possibility is that you have a counterfeit or even an altered 1888 with added mint mark.

some hastily taken phone-pics that show the clash enough but not totally.
--- for some reason I show an "X" for the pictures but if I click on it the picture opens.
Sorry, but it looks like a counterfeit to me.
I had never considered that but you are probably right.
Yup. It has that counterfeit look to it. Damn. If real that would rival the 89p VAM 23A and would probably be worth in the 5-figures neighborhood. Still a very neat piece as far as counterfeits go. Looks a lot like @dcarr's 1964-D clashed dies overstike piece in terms of how strong the clashing is.
Wow... that is a very prominent clash.... I certainly respect Fred W.'s assessment...When I looked at your picture, even before checking the clash, I thought 'That looks strange'....So, probably a counterfeit, but interesting anyway. Cheers, RickO
I can't speak to "the counterfeit look" but the coin really doesn't look that bad, it's tilted at an angle to show the clash which exaggerates its appearance. the weight is off and it fails the ring test.
Pics! Everyone always wants pics.
I was collecting in the 80s when you had to go off of the dealers’s long text description. It’s becoming a bit of a lost art.
