If I look at your picture of the coin, I would say yes, it is a cameo....That being said, a cameo - or DCAM - must really be evaluated 'in hand' to assess the frosted surface and depth of mirrors. Many coins that are not cameo or better can be made to look as such in a photograph. Cheers, RickO
