JD's upcoming book on proofs: When, Where and How?

Lost in the middle of the thread on "Proofs vs Presentation Pieces" remains an unanswered question. Anyone able to respond?

Sounds like some "proof" copies of John W. Dannreuther's upcoming "proof book" have already made it into circulation. 
Any suggestions as to how one might get ahold of a pre-publicaiton copy? Assuming that is too much to ask, any indication on when it will be released to the public and how to reserve a copy? Thanks.

As I said in PM, the book is at the publisher for layout. I think he’s gonna do a pre-order and that should be by early summer.
@northcoin, FYI I viewed the manuscript for JD's new book at the recent PCGS Trade and Grade Show in Las Vegas at JD's table. I also was able to place an order for a copy of the book from JD.
I sent an e-mail to JD with the link to this Forum topic. Hopefully JD posts something. If not, PM me with your e-mail address and I'll send a note to JD asking him to contact you re. the book.

I checked with JD today. The book is going to the printer in a few weeks and will be available in May/June this year.
Prepublication orders (PayPal, credit card, check) will be available in a few days (maybe tomorrow, as at PCGS right now working on the banner ad and landing page for their site). The website where you can order the book will be:

The book is awesome. I spent an hour with JD at the last PCGS show. He had a draft copy. The book is exactly what you would think it should be. Order one.
