Well I can't find any known listing..I'm not sure if it I should a clash or it I should struck though. Appreciate any feed back!

    Rick I have a update. I actually disagree bc I have found 2 more 68 D LIcoln a with the exact sales raised images in the memorial. All of the small anomalies i.e. Scratches yes but I think it is a rotate screen clash. More pictures to come today!

    NVM rick I got the answer. Someone posted" I am thinking you are seeing the effects of a heavy abrading to correct a slightly off center clash. Most of the raised areas you see are where the clash wasn't, thus indicating that the abrading lapped over the edge of the clash. This left heavily abraded areas beneath the chin and at the back of the neck which show as raised areas on the coin Here is an overlay I did of a similar feature" - slightly off center clash on a 1966.
