Why get them for $1 when you can get them for $18.24 instead?
Not worth it even if they were 1964's... Maybe someone should tell them they are trying to sell pocket change.

Plus shipping. A little known fact that JFK was called "James" by a select circle of friends, the details would probably bore you, so won't go into that. Cletus Emmet Wheelwelker filled me in on that fact, also known as "Morey" by friends, like William W.D. "Bud" Prize.
Things almost always go for retail plus (and then there is shipping for low valued stuff)

Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...
@dpoole - It is Goodwill... probably written with a used Aloha shirt in mind rather than an 1883 Hawaiian Dollar, but still.
I know people who pick up designer clothing there and flip on ebay at whopping profits; also a guy who said he picked up almost new Orvis leather jackets there way under market. I can't imagine how they would handle real numismatic donations.
Well at least he didn't type James Bond.
Those are the "Rare, left facing Kennedy's" they only made like a hundred of them.
I've bought a lot from goodwill, but their shipping and handling plus crazy bids usually put single coins way too high to resell, but I've got a lot of those 10/15/20 pound token or misc lots to fill the junk bins and usually do quite well with those.

I’m surprised coins even make it all the way to the floor. I would think that the first person they go through they’re as good as gone.
I also collect vintage watches. Use to be that you could find some decent deals in the goodwill stores until someone realized they could pick thru the good stuff and start auctioning things off.
