Common Date Morgan and Peace Dollars

I've been away from the hobby for awhile and I have a friend who wants to sell their common date Morgan and Peace Dollars.

In general, what can I tell them to expect for wholesale pricing?

TIA!

Dates? MM? Grades? Raw or Slabbed?

We will need more details... as CCGGG has mentioned.... and you might find that the BST here will provide a good avenue for selling them... better than the hassle and fees of other venues...Unless of course, they are high grade and key dates.. .then an auction would be advised. More information please.. Cheers, RickO

Are we talking 20 coins or 2000?

Raw, ranging from VF20 to EF40.

Peace $13-15, Morgan $15-17, That's what I can find them for on ebay with a little patience anyway. You may get someone willing to pay a little higher but I certainly am not that guy.

The whole worlds off its rocker, buy Gold™.

If they are "all" common dates, raw and in the 20 to 40 range then I doubt that you are going to get much over silver melt, wholesale. And remember, when calculating the silver melt price, these coins only have 0.7734 Troy Ounces of silver each.
