    I have no idea what caused that tarnish. I have Ike dollars that reside in my 'display' cabinet...felt lined cut outs in each drawer.... ZERO tarnish on any of them....and they have been in that cabinet for ten years. Not that I am hoping for tarnish, just amazed that people tell stories of coins stored in felt lined boxes and other wood cabinets.... and mine just do not tarnish. Cheers, RickO
