  Worn dies or a weak strike in that area, and a filled MM.

  Common, and no premium.

  Congrats on the good eyes to spot
  it, but it's more of an anomaly than
  a collectable or premium error.

  I certainly agree with Fred... but it shows you are checking your coins closely.... keep it up, there are good coins to be found in change.... Cheers, RickO
