Someone meant to price it at 27.49 but forgot the decimal.
The rest of the seller's items seem normally priced plus they mention combined shipping, so that further implies it's a typo.

It's the Tiffany strategy... for the holidays they had a $9,000 sterling silver ball of yarn and a $500 ruler. All of a sudden the $500 ruler doesn't seem so outlandish
