Very nice original coin. So many of that date are found cleaned or with problems.

    VF 30 hopefully?
nice find at a large show.
You are lucky living so close.
wish I could justify to go to such a show. But, not being a dealer, it would be a serious (none decuctable) expense to justify. Flight, hotel, misc expenses like food, show cost etc....and not to forget "liquid buying encouragement) , I guestimate between 4-6K.

I like it. Great find... I love the look of that "circulated cameo" original toning.

Torex and Nuphilex and anything east of Alberta falls under the same expensive travel category.
Then there is this other problem during the respective auctions.....I let you guess and think about it.
And,many dealers there think they are gods gift to collectors. After the shows these are usully the ones complaining how the show was not good for them as nobody wants to spend money.
They price all their stuff at trends or charlton pricing (some even higher claiming rarity and best grades) and tell you you should consider yourself lucky that they have what you are looking for.
    enough about that for today...

LOL! My experience with Canadian dealers...all but 1 that attend shows in the states is they won't buy anything unless it's a lock triple up purchase!

I stopped going to the Canadian shows - same tired inventory year after year and the few times I tried selling there was zero interest from the dealers in anything non-US/CDN.

The last time I went to TOREX, years ago, it was $6/day to enter. Go on Friday - $6. go again on Saturday - another $6
