Are we waiting in line tomorrow only to jump in for our chance at the American Eagle 2018-W Mint Mark 1 Ounce Silver Proof Coin goes on sale at 1-4-2018 Thursday at Noon 12:00 PM tomorrow? Think about it;
Mintage Limit - None!
Product Limit - None!
Household Order Limit - None!

I mean this is a buy of a life time! $55.95 each wonder what it will sell for in 5 years?

    With an unlimited mintage, you really don't need to stand in line.

    Since earlier proofs are currently selling for about $30...there's your answer to the future value. :smiley:

    Well there you go I just might save my money and move onto something else! Thank You!

    Gluggo, you need a whole safehouse!! A walk in safe actually sounds pretty cool.....keep that collection in a dry cool environment!!!!!!

    Now since you bring the topic of dry cool environment is it better to go a plug in electrical dry system or a basic natural drying process? I am sure there is a link might have to look into that as the sales man brought up the plug in system. I did not feel good about that. Me dad always taught me to unplug everything electric. Maybe old school not sure.

    Do you mean a plug in dehumidifier? VS a basic drying agent like moisture absorbing crystals? I thing the plug in dehumidifiers really collect more moisture, that's what I use. That and try to keep the temperatures consistent.

    @Gluggo... I have used the drying agents in my safe for 47 years...they work great.. had them in Florida and Seattle and several other states..... never an issue. Cheers, RickO

    Which drying agents do you use ricko? For a super humid state like Florida, they must be good!

    When the future arrives, one day soon, us Coin victims can say , " been there, done that". I'm talking about negative interest rates. We can spend $55.95 and cash out in 5 or 20 years and get much less than that in return. Maybe the return will be better than something like Bitcoin but what kind of idiot buys imaginary numbers anyway?
