Hey guys not sure if this is a thing yet but I was curious in seeing some of your finds in the wild that you had ended up getting graded! Could be from pocket change, pawn shops, a collection you bought, garage sale finds? Here are my two from the same pawn shop awhile back, they were $20 each. 1902 S and 1900 O/CC Au 58! Only have a picture of the 1902 S right now atm.

All of these except the 73-S which was cracked from and Anacs holder at the same grade. These were all submitted at the same time.

Like many others here, I have submitted my fair share of pieces to PCGS going back over two decades, but will choose one that makes me smile. Picked this up raw years ago in a little out-of-the-way shop in Canada. I nearly fell over when it came popping out of its decaying cardboard presentation box.

    wow!

I found this in my Franklin Half dollar Dansco album yesterday.
The only reason I looked is I saw one for sale.

Amazing on those two coins! I also think they are "still" undergraded!

    Also, the offers are criminal.

I agree with the 66RD on the Lincoln but do think the Indian has better eye appeal than the two graded higher. I think what holds this one back from being tied for finest or better is the die erosion and planchet issues that caused the porous look at "OF AME"

You had them graded during one of the strictest grading periods of all time! (The last 6 -9 months)

    What did CAC say?

Never tried CAC with them as I plan to keep em in my collection for now.

Here's two that I had sent in last year. Came out of a private collection. He had written offers from another collector on the flips and didn't understand why I wanted to pay so much more than the other offer. He was offered $400 on the 09-s VDB and $75 on the 85 Indian. The 09 was in the old brittle mylar and 85 was wrapped in the tissue paper.

    Those previous offers were criminal!
