Bogus 1916-D Dime Listing on the Bay "F15 PCGS"

Poking around this morning I saw a 1916-D dime PCGS Fine 15 that looked like the real deal. Only $745, what could be wrong? Then I found the same coin, same cert # is a coin belonging to David Lawrence. For $2980, exactly four times as much (and a reasonable price for the coin, given eBay's exorbitant fees.)
The guy offering the $745 coin has a feedback of 10. He also has an "MS65 1912-S Liberty nickel." For $745. How do these people succeed? Are they actually duping people?
**Caveat emptor! **If a coin seems to be too good a deal ... it probably is!
Kind regards,
George

Seller has feedback of 10.
All from buyers who have very low feedback.
All on the same $9.99 product, and all had "best price accepted".
Here is a sample feedback comment from one of his "buyers":
Your Item Shipped So Very Very Fast Arrived… I Will Pay Your Item More Next Time
That sounds legit. Oh yeah...
Well at least the Skin-so-soft is real. Thanks for posting and helping to out this crook.
