These offers are a past memory for me. Haven't had one since October. Somehow I got on the naughty list and no longer receive them. I even called to ask why but got the usual runaround...
Edit: I just went and unchecked the "Promotions" box in my Ebay account. I plan to wait a few days then check it again and see if it "resets" something in the system or algorithm that will allow me to get these offers again.
