    Looks like a "struck through" error. Not a cap.

    Struck through early/mid-stage die cap.

    Likely struck by a mid/late stage capped die, the fact that you can read some of the legends tells me the cap was quite thin. Probably worth checking that the weight is in spec, I’m looking at this on a smart phone but there’s a small chance this could be PMD due to acid.
