100% White..Maybe once, now NT or AT?

Picked this up at my last club auction. Not sure I really love the toning, but it is eye catching. No expert on this, but my guess it is natural based on the vintage PCI slab, fact that mintage is listed as unknown, meaning it was sent in almost immediately, and of course, the 100% white label. What's your opinion? Hope the pix are good enough to tell. Thanks in advance.

I like the oddball holders. Mintage unknown must of been packed in same year. it has nice color.

...I say NT on this instance...In today's age, it is natural for people to store their coins in TPG holders...If the TPG was planning on producing AT coins in their holder then why would they add the "100% white" verbage on the label? That's all
PCI holders are known to tone coins that are contained inside them especially ASE's.
Yes, PCI slabs have been known to tarnish coins... I believe it was attributed to the labels...although that pattern is achievable artificially, I would bet this is natural slab tarnish. Cheers, RickO
It has to be the white plastic because the toning is peripheral and label is in separate area.

Those are pretty popular both for the slab and for the color patterns the holders can make on the silver.
I've got a few of them just for fun...
