Inexpensive digital scale, fyi

The batteries on my digital scale are about to give out, and it would cost about $4 to replace them. Definitely not a big deal, but I decided to take a look on eBay anyway and I found that I could get a totally new scale for $5 delivered. I took shot and I'm happy with what I got so I figured I'd share.

This is the eBay listing from the seller I bought from. The accuracy seems on par with the one I had before, and this 600 gram max on this one is higher than the 200 gram max on the one it's replacing. I have another scale with 0.01 gram precision if I need good numbers. This one with 0.1 gram precision should be quite fine for calculating postage and for quick numbers on coins.

Good quality, in the original packaging, delivered in less than a week. Batteries included, even. I have no complaints.

I have absolutely nothing to do with the listing or the seller.

FYI for anyone looking for a stocking stuffer for someone (or for themselves).

Sounds like a really good deal.

I just bought one. Can always use an extra, and for five bucks, you gotta take a shot. The best part is St. Jude's gets a cut!

I also ordered one. Weight capacity is bigger than my current two scales.

I have one almost like that. Cost about the same also. I've used mine for a few yrs with no problems. I have some calibration weights, but it seems to keep pretty good cal. Nothing wrong with having a spare.

Missed this the fist time around, but I just bought one for use at my workplace, thanks for the heads up.
