Lots of talk about CAC, but what about QA???

I own a couple of Roosevelt Dimes with a QA sticker and they are solid for the grade. I haven't used either service, so I can't say yay or nay how how they work, but I never see any conversation about QA. I know there are tons of modern collectors out there. Anyone here have anything to say about QA? I'd be interested in knowing more, and wondering if having my Roosies QAchecked would be a benefit or a waste.
Thanks in advance for the comments....
Later, Paul.

I think one of the critiques of CAC, (at least for lower end coins), would apply even more-so to QA:
Given all of the coins that have NOT been reviewed by them, it's hard to say the influence and value has really been demonstrated....yet.
Got a pic of the sticker or what "QA" stands for? Is this like Eagle Eye's Photo Seal?
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
The sticker is exactly like CAC, but it's silver in color. I'll post a picture soon, unless someone beats me to it.

Yes, it is James Sego's service for moderns.

I sent a big group of my coins to QA a couple months ago. I can tell you one thing, James is quite picky, failing to sticker a few of my coins for reasons such as haze, spotty toning, weak cameo, and planchet flaws. The thing I really liked is he takes the time to attach a post-it note type note to each coin that doesn't sticker indicating what prevented him from giving it the sticker.
I did it just for my own sake to get his opinion on some of my best coins. Knowing what I know now about his standards, I'd certainly assign value to his approval if I were on the buying end...in fact I have in the past.
I have had similiar results as ModCrewman,,,,, really like the attached note explaining why a coin didn't sticker.. Really helps to improve your own grading ability.
Been thinking about sending my clad quarters, but until its time to sell, may not need to.
I haven't used either service, but I know that James knows his moderns and is a quality guy.
I knew about the QA sticker, but did not know he would send an explanatory note for coins that did not sticker... that is a major plus for his service. I believe such an addition would enhance all grading (third and fourth party) services. We so often see posts here that say 'It did not sticker' or 'I do not understand why it was rejected' or 'I was sure it would grade higher'... Now yes, it will be an added process, and likely could come with a price.... However, I am sure such a service would be a plus - for collectors. Cheers, RickO
