    The theme to "Have Gun Will Travel"?

    They that can give up essential Liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither Liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin

    Marty Robins Texas town of El Paso where he fell in love with a Mexican girl. I think they buried him in Cleveland after he got shot and died in the streets of El Paso. Crap dunno

    The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

    Pancho and Lefty, by Willie Nelson & Merle Haggard.

    Pancho "wore his gun outside his pants for all the honest world to feel";

    First part of song takes place in Mexico;

    Lefty collects reward for killiing Pancho and afterwards Lefty dies "in Cleveland 's cold" many years later.

    OK, I'm impressed! Here are the lyrics, if anyone cares:

    WINNER! That didn't take long at all.

    If you insist on John Wayne and a song (and a movie), this is about as good as it gets, by Johnny Horton:

    That was cool.
    This'd be a great idea for a running thread.
    Bits and Pieces by the Dave Clark Five would be way to easy so I won't waste the time, but you've got me thinking.

    We're all born MS70. I'm about a Fine 15 right now.
