    IMO, not in this case as the date is known. The coin is from the year 2000.

    This far off center plus the eye appeal of just the motto (NEW is there as well) makes this with more.

    While I absolutely agree with the motto, I’m reminded of working in the trauma bay when I was at Dartmouth. We’d see plenty of motorbikers who went riding without helmets. When they showed up it was never more than 30 seconds before someone quoted it.
